Before agreeing to work

• Discuss the work, service area, timing, and price with the provider before accepting a quote.
• Review the quote and invoice details shown in HandyGo before confirming or paying.
• Keep job details and questions in your HandyGo messages so they stay with the booking.
• Contact support if something in the booking or payment flow does not look right.
